Hormone Therapy in Indian Land, SC

Physician-led hormone replacement therapy focused on safety, symptom relief, and long-term stability.

LIGHT Family Wellness HRT

At LIGHT Family Wellness, we provide personalized hormone therapy for women seeking thoughtful, medically guided care. Our approach to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) prioritizes safety, symptom improvement, and long-term balance — not rushed prescriptions or one-size-fits-all plans.

All hormone care is overseen by Dr. Crystal Maxwell, a board-certified family medicine physician, and begins with a comprehensive consultation.

How Hormone Therapy Works at LIGHT

Step 1: Initial Hormone Consultation

$250/60 minutes
Your hormone therapy journey begins with an in-depth medical evaluation.
This visit includes:
  • Comprehensive medical and symptom history
  • Risk assessment for hormone therapy
  • Review of prior lab work (if available)
  • Ordering of baseline hormone and wellness labs
  • Discussion of treatment options and expectations
This consultation is educational and does not obligate you to begin treatment.

Step 2: Hormone Therapy Initiation

$139/month or $399 quarterly
Early hormone therapy requires close monitoring and thoughtful dose adjustments. During the three-month initiation phase, patients receive structured support to optimize results safely.
Initiation care includes:
  • Ongoing support while hormone doses are adjusted
  • One scheduled mid-cycle check-in
  • Quarterly hormone and wellness review
  • Comprehensive follow-up laboratory testing
  • Secure messaging for non-urgent questions (1–2 business day response)
  • As-needed medication adjustments
  • Personalized guidance for sleep, energy, and metabolism

Step 3: Hormone Therapy Maintenance

$99/month

Once hormone levels and symptoms are stable, patients transition to maintenance care.

Maintenance includes:
  • Ongoing access and medication management
  • Periodic clinical reviews as indicated
  • Continued secure messaging support
Some patients may benefit from extended structured care before transitioning to maintenance.

Restorative Treatment Packages

Hormonal changes affect more than how you feel — they also impact your skin, hair, and overall vitality. As estrogen and other hormones decline, collagen production slows, circulation decreases, and hair follicles become less active. At LIGHT Family Wellness, we treat these changes as part of your hormonal story. That’s why we offer Alma TED and Alma Opus — advanced, noninvasive therapies that complement your HRT plan to restore confidence and visible renewal from the inside out.

Alma TED — For Hair Vitality

Alma TED uses acoustic sound waves and air pressure to deliver a nutrient-rich growth serum deep into the scalp — no needles, no downtime. Paired with HRT, it supports the return of fuller, stronger hair by improving scalp circulation and follicle activity as hormones rebalance.

Alma Opus — For Skin Renewal

Alma Opus uses fractional plasma energy to stimulate collagen and elastin — restoring firmness, tone, and smoothness safely and effectively. When used alongside HRT, Opus enhances the skin’s natural repair and regeneration processes that slow during menopause, helping restore your glow.
