Labs and medications can be costly. At many practices, you don’t know how much the labs or medications will cost until you get the bill several weeks later or go to the pharmacy. We are able to give you pricing on many labs and medications during your visit.
Upfront low-cost lab pricing
We have arranged for reduced cost options for labs. Upon review of your history, Dr. Maxwell will make recommendations for labs for screening, prevention, or management. You will know during the visit how much those labs cost. The basic lab work for your annual visit include a complete blood count to check for anemia, complete metabolic panel to check your kidneys and liver, thyroid test, fasting cholesterol, and Hemoglobin A1c to check your long-term glucose level cost less than $20.
In-house Pharmacy
We will stock some common medications available at near wholesale pricing. We will order additional medications that can be available the next day if we don’t have it in stock.
Can you imagine Diflucan for $4 or 20 tablets of Augmentin for $6 or 90 tablets of Crestor for $9 or or 100 tablets of Zyrtec for $4.50 or 10 tablets of Viagra for $5?!?!
